Introduction

The Site: Between the frames is where all of the work in animation is done. In motion picture you’re capturing action on film. In animation all of the action occurs in between the actual frames. This site is meant to track my progress through various animation projects. I hope it will help me improve my process, provide inspiration to continue to work, and be a single repository for ideas, files, and crap I forget. If you get anything out of it, well, cool.

The Would Be Animator: Based out of good ole’ Atlanta, GA, this is a hobby for me. My day job has nothing to do with “the arts” let alone animation and my education was focused on Lit. In case it doesn’t show, I’m self taught. My education comes from too much TV and an occasional book. This is something I do in stolen moments on weekends, in hotel rooms, bars/restaurants and after work.
